24 January 2008The Register of Parks and Gardens of Special Historic Interest has been added to the site. This layer can be added from the History and Heritage theme.

24 January 2008Layers of childcare-related services in Southampton, provided by the Childrens Information Service, have been added to the Education scheme.
These include Activity Groups, Facilities, Advice and Health services and can be added from the Add Information to Map drop-down list or from the Education theme.
Public Rights Of Way
17 December 2007Public Rights Of Way have been added to the site. These layers can be added from the Add Information to Map drop-down list or from the Public Rights Of Way theme.
Childcare Providers added
13 June 2007Layers of childcare providers in Southampton, provided by the Childrens Information Service.
These include Nurseries, Creches, Pre- and After-School Clubs, and Holiday Schemes.
Register of Public Highways
02 April 2007The Register of Pubic Highways has been added to the site. This is The Definitive List of Highways Maintainable at the Public Expense as required by S.36 of the Highways Act 1980 and has been extended to include areas that also have public highway status (ie the public have a right to use the road or path).
Public Recycling Bring-Sites added
24 January 2007All publicly accessible recycling bring-site facilities in Southampton. This includes sites that are not managed by the City Council.
This site has been upgraded
20 September 2006This site has had a major upgrade. Previous users will find that they need to use a different plug-in - the site now uses SVG to display the maps.
